Returns and Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a failure of product within the defined warranty period, this period unless specified is a period of 12 months, warranties will not be honored if the defect is caused by damage, mishandling or leaked / faulty battery damage.
Goods that are ordered and incorrectly sized by the customer can be retuned at customers expense and we will send a replacement at our cost, 1 time only, after this all costs associated with exchanges will be born by the customer, 30 day limit from delivery.
Goods after delivery and are a change of mind return will only be accepted for a refund within a 30 day period, 30-60 days will be credited via voucher or credit within our system. No goods will be accepted after 60 days.
Returned goods for change of mind, or sizing return must be returned with original shipping packaging, and in BRAND NEW condition, any wear, soiling, damage will not be accepted for return.
Goods sent as free postage do not carry any insurance or tracking information.
Damage and loss after delivery is not our responsibility.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The manufacturer of any product you may have brought from us provides a manufacturer’s warranty. That warranty is in addition to your rights and remedies under law in relation to those goods. The warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by us. However, if you wish to make a claim, and it is not clear from the manufacturer’s warranty as to who you should contact or how to process a claim, you can contact us and we will try and assist you with your claim. In any event, to be valid, any claim you may wish to make against the manufacturer’s warranty would need to be within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer as that period within which a defect to which the warranty relates must appear.
For returns, the buyer must contact us, contact details are listed on this website and obtain a "RETURNS AUTHORIZATION" RA number before sending any goods back.
** Retuned goods without an RA will not be actioned.**
